Check The Foot Work

Alright so today my mom decided to do some cleaning around the house and she came across some of my baby pictures haha. Back in the day i was seriously obsessed with Jordan (who wasn't?) I literally had... EVERY Jordan sneaker that was released throughout the 90's. I know everyone when they were younger had Jordans but... i didn't know anyone who was heavy heavy HEAVY like me(my mom HATED the fact that i was like this and on top of that? she called Jordans "Moon shoes"). At a very young age i was born into "the sneaker game". Taking after my father who was known to have Jordans weeks in advance. He was pretty much the star player on Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn. It's only right that i carry on the tradition. From the designed haircuts to the sneakers, my father with the cars, clothes and much more, i miss those days...
(OG 12's)I eventually grew out of the Jordan phase and started to expand my range. I wore almost anything as long as it said Nike on the box. These days i find myself slowly getting back into Jordans. I feel as if the 'hype' is dying out in NY. I always say, when the hype dies out the real fans or originals come out to play. I feel the same way when it comes to BAPE...
(OG Flint 13's) These had to be my favorite pair at the time because of the colorway. Grey and Blue are 2 of my favorite colors. LOL, i had two pairs of these i think because this pair in the picture were a half size small but my father always made sure i HAD them before they came out, so a half size before release then my true size after release if not the day of. How "ballin" is that? did you do that? lol..
I even had team Jordans and Jumpmans. I remember people thinking these were ugly but when i had'em on you couldn't help but look.. like "damn, why didn't i get those" ahhaa and i knew exactly what was up. No stranger to the life. I made sure you felt sick when i walked passed you..
Just thought i'd share this.. feel free to show me how you did it as a kid.
