So for 17 years Generations Records has been one of the top suppliers of vinyl to NYC residents. Generation Records carries used and brand new vinyl, DVD's, 45's, T-shirts, and Posters. Music heads definitely feel at home in this store due to the extensive selection of records. Laid back customer service which allows shoppers to roam around freely and do what they do best which is hunt for music. You can shop here then head next door to Boyds Thai food restaurant for a bite and some good drinks.
Had a shoot for Universal recording artist Baiyu Chen Friday afternoon. We decided to shoot downstairs in the record shop because thats were all the vinyl is. Upstairs were CD's. The shoot went well despite me being short on time. Biayu is a very photogenic girl and super friendly. She made it very easy to work. This was yet another shoot for vainstyle.com. This caught my attention! haha, the majority of records were all Metal and Punk Rock. I was surprised to see this. Didn't think it would hurt to take a picture.
