So as RENVOI plays i feel my brain start to stimulate. My 'chakras' are up, my 'chi' is focused, and my spirit is high. I'm sitting here calm as can be with ideas racing through my mind nonstop. Whoever said that being a seer is easy has to be one talented person. With visuals constantly running through my mind, images of my childhood, and goals that I have yet to reach, I find myself often confused and overwhelmed.. but it's a confusion that i love to endure. I know that MAY sound weird but it's the truth. I just want all of you to know that we appreciate you checking in on the site daily. Plenty of work is coming soon along with a new site. Stay with us.
New ideas, new ideas.. new.. ideas. These are some references from a shoot thats in the works. Navajo Tribe, close ups of girls with amazing eye shadow, screen shots from some of my favorite music videos (Porsche from Justin Timberlakes 'Cry Me A River' video) and the kids that look like young rebels from Nas' 'One Mic' video are just portions of what I have cooking up in the pot. How am I going to incorporate all this into one shoot? Time will tell, but no doubt in my mind that it will be done.
So my good friend Tyler showed me this picture he drew up about 2 weeks ago and said "I think I'm gonna get back into drawing." On my way home that night I questioned myself. As a kid all I did was draw.. everything: Cars, Rims, Dragonball Z characters, Justice League characters and more. Anything that was in front of me, still or in motion, I was able to put it down on paper, easy. Theres a new sketchbook laying right across from where I'm sitting right now and it's about to get raped. Good looks Tye..
Thinking about my first pair of sneakers has me trippin' out for some reason. I don't even think they were Jordans. They were probably FILA sneakers or something like that... way back the day. I often find myself thinking nostalgically like damn.. back in then everything was totally different. Usually the first thing that comes to mind when i reminisce are sneakers, ahah don't ask me why and if it wasn't sneakers it was cars. Just thought i'd share that.

visual folk deal with the same challenges as verbal folk, only we conceptualize. From the looks of it your gonna have a surprise for us. Najavo Tribe women and the rebel kids would be a powerful concept. Kinda excited to see what your up to. Good a read
